Rix Kix Arts is located at 13/1 Caryota Court, Coconut Grove

Look for pink signs at the Clock Tower Complex off Dickward Drive. We are located next to Family Planning with the entrance behind so best to park at the carpark around the back. Our beautiful studio has two floors, one larger Studio 1 located on ground level and a smaller Studio 2 space on the second level. The ground floor studio is larger and accommodates up to approximately 35 people, the second level studio accommodates up to approximately 25 people. Both are available for hire at competitive hourly rates. Studio hire hours are in hire blocks and must include set up and pack down time:

Ground Floor Studio (1)

Measures approximately 12.4m x 6.5m, fully air-conditioned, polished concrete floor, 8 metres wide mirrored wall, speakers, amplifier and mixer, toilet, kitchenette with filtered water, chairs and tables, adjustable LED lights, accessible off-street parking. Studio 1 is $45 per-hour.

First Floor Studio (2)

Measures approximately 11m x 6.5m, fully air-conditioned, wood floor, 5 metres wide mirrored wall, speakers and mixer, toilet, adjustable LED lights, accessible off-street parking. Studio 2 is $35 per hour.
